Create a free patient account with the same email Dr. Haldeman uses for your formula, then review your prescription, order, and have it shipped to you or to the office.

Mayway Herbal Dispensary

Mayway fills custom formulas through your practitioner. Dr. Haldeman submits your prescription and Mayway ships it directly to you. Ask Dr. Haldeman at your visit.

How it works

Visit Dr. Haldeman. She talks with you and recommends herbs that fit you.
She sends your formula. It goes to the dispensary in your name.
It ships to you. Delivered to your door, or to the office when that is easier.

Please talk with Dr. Haldeman before starting any herbal product, especially if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition.
Custom herbal formulas are made for you personally and may not be returnable.
Herbs are produced by third-party, cGMP-certified dispensaries.

Herbal products are sold by DocRHaldeman LLC, not by Renaissance Health Centre.
